Back To Bar School

W Lounge is offering a cocktail class by Bar Manager Ali Solak, Learn how to blend perfect cocktails and learn a few tricks of the trade. The class will last for two hours. On arrival enjoy a glass of champagne while watching a demonstration and lesson followed by a session behind the bar where you yourself will be making cocktails. Finish the evening in a reserved area of the bar with a selection of canapés and an Ali Solak Signature 2008 cocktail.

Ali will judge the best bartender with marks for style, presentation and taste. The winner will receive a premium bottle of spirits to take home.

Ali Solak is now holding an intermediate class. This class will entail more time behind the bar making cocktails and a team competition including speed pouring, knowledge as well as style and speed of cocktail making. Each team will create their own cocktail and the best will be put into League of Cocktails on the W Lounge cocktail list.
